A peek into my journey

I am Andrea "Andie" Rivas, a multi-disciplinary designer & illustrator based in Madrid with +7 years of experience in the creative industry.

I started my graphic design journey in 2016, in my hometown Caracas, Venezuela, while I was still studying Communication at uni.

In 2018, I graduated with a BA Hons in Communication from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, and specialized in Marketing and Screenwriting.

In 2019, I moved to Madrid and completed a Master of Arts in Brand Design at the Istituto Europeo di Design, and won the final project.

In 2020, illustrandie was born. That year I also co-founded my creative studio Rewave Media, and through it I manage all my creative projects.

In my spare time I love discovering new music, hanging out with my cats,

and reading a good book with a warm cup of coffee.
